C. albicans genomic annotation database resources

Johnson Lab Home
Thank you for your interest in the Candida albicans genomic database created and maintained by the Johnson lab at UCSF. The files available here are Stuffit-compressed and password-protected Filemaker databases of proteins derived computationally from the C. albicans genome sequencing effort of the Stanford Genome Technology Center. We are extremely grateful to the center for making their data publically available.

To obtain the password with which to unlock this database, please fill out this form and FAX it to the following address:

UCSF Office of Technology Management
Attn: Jennifer Cygan, Ph.D.
fax: (415) 502-8248

ph: (415) 502-7148
email: jcygan@research.ucsf.edu
website: http://itsa.ucsf.edu/~otm

Once this form is processed, the databases are available on request. Note that the file is very large (100 Megs) and de-compresses (with Aladdin stuffit expander) to 300 Megs. The uncompressed folder will contain four Filemaker 5.5 databases that are related to each other. Please keep them in the same folder.
