Upon receiving your initial password, use it to enter the Password Change Page, where you will be asked to enter a new password consisting of 6 to 8 charcters containing a combination of upper-case letters, lower-case letters, and numbers or punctuation. The new account will then be active. You can now use an SSH application to connect directly to socrates or use SACS web pages via a browser.
