Closing a SACS User Account on Socrates

To request the closure of a sequence analysis account, please do the following:

  1. Complete the Account Closure Form below;
  2. Press the "Close Account" button.
You will receive confirmation of your request.

When the request arrives, we will send a notice to the account holder. They will then have a week to contact us about data still stored on Socrates. If necessary, we can assist the user in transferring files. We can also provide permanent email forwarding.
